This 15mm PRUSIK Trainer comes with an 8ft Split-Anywhere-Anchor Strap with built-in Door Anchor and is the most versatile Pulley Trainer on the market, Made in USA.

The 15mm (5/8in) Rope is thick enough to comfortably hold on to directly to perform additional stretch exercises that are not possible or very cumbersome with traditional Suspension Trainers.

Due to the free movement of the Pulley your core muscles are more challenged and trained than with standard Suspension Trainers. The instability will also ensue you use both sides of your body evenly. You can perform full-stretch seesaw exercises with our Pulley systems.

Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the rope without slipping.

The Split-Anywhere-Anchor Strap has D-Rings sewn into the Strap on either end which makes for a very fast and easy installment and removal when used over a tree branch, rafter, etc. Simply throw one end of the strap over the branch and attach it to the Carabiner. The Cambuckle allows the length adjustment of the strap regardless if anchored to a door or to a branch.

This system is fully adjustable through the handles on the rope as well as the Split-Anywhere-Anchor, which can also be used in the open position to work on very high anchor points.
